Registration Forms
We are now accepting registration for our Fall Session. Please click on the appropriate form below. In order to reserve your team or individual spot, please submit the appropriate form A.S.A.P, as spots tend to go fast.
Cost per Individual remains at 65 dollars for the
10-week season. Players that participate both Wednesday and Thursday nights, receive a discounted price of 115 dollars.
By registering and submitting payment by September 19th, individuals receive a free t-shirt. Teams registering and submitting payment by September 19th, will also receive team t-shirts, designed by that team.
