Registration Forms
We are now accepting registrations for our Winter Session. Please click on the appropriate form below and either email or fax the form. In order to reserve your team or individual spot, please submit the appropriate form A.S.A.P, as spots tend to go fast.
Cost per Individual remains at $65 dollars for the
10-week season. Players that participate both Wednesday and Thursday nights, receive a discounted price of $115 dollars.
By registering and submitting payment by January 7th, individuals receive a free t-shirt. Teams registering and submitting payment by January 7th, will also receive team t-shirts, designed by that team.
